Excellent, Nanda. I can imagine you saying it – I mean, I mean, and to such an outcome.

Thank you, hun! I wanted to picture someone trying to explain and nothing being quite understood – by her/himself sometimes. x

  5. I love this emphasis on the verb. Salt pours on a wound as quickly as praise on an accomplishment, but it is the act itself, the pouring, that involves commitment. As always, you’ve poured your words into a perfect picture. An empty nest can be a broken heart and a joyous heart at once. I do love you! ♥

Jesus, Annie! You’ve been missed but your comeback is always so much appreciated! You totally capture the usage I made of the nest – it’s sad and happy at the same time. I do love you! ♥

  6. Wonderful thoughts and so true to life and written beautifully and so realistically, too, Nanda! ♥
